Infantry Skills | Fire Team Skills and Tactics

This one-day Fireteam Infantry Skills class is designed to provide everyday citizens, responders, and protectors with a solid foundation in small-unit tactics. We start with individual skills, gear setup, and equipment placement so your kit works with you—not against you. From there, we move into fireteam movement, communication, and coordination, covering hand-and-arm signals, formations, spacing and dispersion, and how to move with intention and discipline.

Students will learn how to react to contact, break down problems under stress, and operate as a cohesive team. Everything taught is simple, proven, and rooted in real-world Marine Corps infantry fundamentals. The goal is not to turn you into something you’re not—it’s to give you practical, usable skills you can stack, refine, and carry forward. You’ll walk away with a tighter skill set and a better understanding of how to work with others when it matters most.
