Even if you are very fit and experienced in strength training, these would serve as a good start to any morning without hindering your routine.

The reading:

This isn’t a thirty-day devotional with commentary on Scripture. That’s not the case due to laziness; it’s because I believe we outsource far too many things in life, and our understanding of God shouldn’t be one of those. He sent Jesus to reveal Himself to us. Jesus is the Word of God because he is precisely what God has to say about Himself. I believe sitting with Him and reading the written word of God will be a powerful life-giving experience for you.
